I’ve never heard of Sweet Garlic before. I came across it at a bottle shop so I’m not sure if it’s something that’s better suited for cocktails or for cooking. Sounded interesting so I grabbed it and would love some insight on the best uses for it. TIA!!

Does it say anything in the ingredients? My hunch is that this is regular garlic mixed with preservatives and chemical flavoring.

This is my garlic hack. I have a wonderful system for doing the garlic. I use a razor and I slice it so thin and it liquefies in the pan with just a little oil. It’s a very good system.

There’s probably a holy trinity of meat and cheese that make this a knockout on a charcuterie board

Other than that I’d probably slice it thin and throw it on a bbq sandwich like pickled red onions
